We have some exciting news to share about the company restructure of Wharfedale Property.
As of the 1st January 2026, Wharfedale Limited and Wharfedale Properties Limited are transferring their operating businesses to a new group company, Wharfedale Asset Management Limited.
Wharfedale Asset Management Limited will be dealing with all day-to-day matters for Wharfedale Property, including:
– Rent invoicing and collection
– Building Insurance invoicing and collection
– Utilities invoicing and collection
– Service Charge budgeting, invoicing, administration and collection
– Lease Renewals
– Rent Reviews
– Maintenance, Facilities and Compliance requirements
– All other property related matters
